How do I book a shuttle ?

What areas do you serve ?

We provide shuttle services in Paris, covering all major airports (CDG,ORY, BVA, Le Bourget), Disneyland, Versailles and city transfers.

How can I confirm my booking ?

Once you’ve submitted your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please reply to confirm your booking and ensure your phone is switched on when you arrive so our driver can contact you.

What happens if my flight or train is delayed ?

No worries! We monitor all flight and train schedules and will adjust your pickup time accordingly. We’ll keep in touch with any updates.

Can I make changes to my booking ?

Yes, you can make changes to your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Just contact us via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

What if I need a transfer outside of regular hours ?
